- DAY 1: Fly Zanzibar – Arusha Airport – Tarangire National Park
Your 3-day fly-in safari from Zanzibar to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara begins with pickup from your hotel in Zanzibar. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Arusha is provided. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your guide will meet you with a packed lunch. A drive to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive follows. Large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees will be seen. Zebras, impalas, lions, cheetahs and leopards may also be spotted. After the game drive, transfer to Hhando Coffee Lodge for dinner and overnight.
- DAY 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
Your 3-day fly-in safari from Zanzibar to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara continues with breakfast followed by an exciting trip to Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. As you descend into the crater, the Big Five and other amazing animals may be seen. Ngorongoro Crater, often called ‘Africa’s Garden of Eden,’ is a remarkable natural wonder formed when a huge volcano about the size of Mount Kilimanjaro erupted and collapsed. After the game drive, return to Farm of Dreams Lodge for dinner and overnight.
- DAY 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha Airport
Your 3-day fly-in safari from Zanzibar to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara ends with breakfast followed by a drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Famous tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds and colorful birds around the lake should be looked out for. Lake Manyara is a shallow alkaline lake known for its beautiful scenery and wide variety of wildlife. Large flamingo flocks are also famous here. After the game drive, transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari.
